Elios Superintelligence, Inc. (“Elios”) respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material available through our Services infringes your rights, use the reporting process below. For other unlawful or abusive activity, write to <abuse@elios.ai>.

## 1. General intellectual property reports

Send reports to <legal@elios.ai>. Include your name and contact details, the right you claim, your authority to act, the specific material you are reporting, and information sufficient to locate it. A general reference to a company, domain, or account may not let us identify the material concerned.

Explain why you believe the use infringes your rights, including any relevant registration or ownership information. Consider whether a license, permission, exception, or limitation may authorize the use before submitting a report. Do not include unrelated personal information or confidential documents unless needed to assess the claim.

We may seek clarification, notify the affected customer, or take action under applicable law and the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://elios.ai/legal/acceptable-use). We may share relevant parts of the report with the affected customer or its representative so that they can understand and respond. We do not determine the final merits of a disputed ownership or infringement claim in place of a court.

Trademark, patent, publicity-right, and similar claims should use this general process. A U.S. DMCA counter-notice is a copyright procedure, not a general appeal for every kind of intellectual property claim.

## 2. U.S. copyright notices under the DMCA

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe material stored or made available through Elios infringes your copyright, you may send a notice to our designated copyright agent:

**Agent:** Copyright Agent\
**Service provider:** Elios Superintelligence, Inc.\
**Mailing address:** 136 Cheyenne Way, Wayne, NJ 07470, United States\
**Phone:** [+1 862-226-8677](tel:+18622268677)\
**Email:** <legal@elios.ai>

The notice must include the information required by 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3), including:

1. A physical or electronic signature of someone authorized to act for the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if a single notice covers multiple works at a single online site.
3. Identification of the material or activity claimed to infringe and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as precise URLs or resource identifiers.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to contact you, including your address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

We may ask for missing information needed to assess a notice. When a notice meets the applicable legal requirements, we will act expeditiously as required by law to remove or disable access to the identified material and take reasonable steps to notify the affected subscriber. We may give the subscriber a copy of the notice, including the contact information it contains.

## 3. Counter-notices

If your material was removed or access was disabled following a U.S. copyright notice and you believe this resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the designated agent. Consider obtaining legal advice before doing so because a counter-notice includes legal statements, consent to court jurisdiction, and contact details that we will provide to the complaining party.

A counter-notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal or disabling.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, for a judicial district in which Elios may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent.

We will promptly give the complaining party a copy of a valid counter-notice and tell that party we intend to restore the material as required by the applicable procedure. Unless our designated agent first receives notice that the complaining party has filed a court action seeking to restrain the subscriber from the allegedly infringing activity, we will restore access within the period required by 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g), generally no earlier than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.

A counter-notice does not require us to restore material that must remain unavailable for an independent lawful reason, such as a separate applicable court order or another properly established violation of the Agreement. We will identify that separate reason where legally permitted.

## 4. Repeat infringement

Elios maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of subscribers who are repeat infringers. We consider relevant information, including valid notices, counter-notices, retractions, court decisions, and evidence that notices were erroneous or abusive. We also accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures to the extent required by applicable law.

## 5. Accuracy and misuse of the process

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a copyright notice or counter-notice can create liability under U.S. law. Do not use this process to suppress criticism, interfere with a competitor, or report a matter unrelated to copyright as a DMCA claim. We may address abusive reports through appropriate lawful means.

## 6. Privacy and other legal processes

We use information in reports to assess the claim, communicate with the parties, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations, as described in the [Privacy Policy](https://elios.ai/legal/privacy). Information may be disclosed where needed for a legal proceeding or as otherwise permitted by law. A request for subscriber information requires an appropriate lawful basis, is sent to <legal@elios.ai>, and is handled separately from a takedown request.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or procedures that applicable law makes mandatory. We may update this policy and will identify the current effective date above.
