Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. Cancellations may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to sellers/merchants and they have initiated shipping, or the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

2. We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.

3. In case of damaged or defective items, report to our customer service team within 2 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant has verified the issue.

4. If the product received is not as shown on the site or as expected, report to customer service within 2 days. The customer service team will decide on the appropriate action.

5. For products with a manufacturer’s warranty, refer to the manufacturer’s guidelines for complaints.

Refunds approved by SHIVAY INFOTECH will be processed within 5 days.

Return Policy

We offer refunds/exchanges within 2 days from the date of your purchase. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be offered. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

1. The item should be unused and in the same condition as received.

2. The item must have original packaging.

3. Sale items may not be eligible for return/exchange.

4. Only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement.

5. Exempt categories of products/items will be identified at the time of purchase. For accepted returns/exchanges, we will notify you by email about the receipt of the returned item and the decision after quality inspection.
