Cookie Policy
Last updated Oct 23, 2026
This policy explains how Elios Superintelligence, Inc. (“Elios”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and account interfaces. Read it with our Privacy Policy.
#1. What these technologies do
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, scripts and other ways to store information on, or access information from, a device. They can support sign-in, remember settings, protect a service or measure how it is used.
Session technologies typically last for a visit. Persistent technologies remain for a stated period or until removed. A first-party technology is set by Elios; a third-party technology is set or accessed by another provider.
#2. Technologies we use
We classify technologies according to their actual purpose, not simply the vendor that provides them.
- Necessary. Technologies needed to deliver a feature you request, such as authentication, secure session management, fraud prevention closely connected to that service, or recording your privacy choices. They are used without optional-cookie consent only when an applicable legal exception permits it. We treat remembering a theme or language you choose as necessary.
- Analytics. Technologies that help us understand visits, feature use and service performance. In the console, we use them only if you agree.
We do not use advertising cookies, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking.
On elios.ai, our analytics provider, PostHog, runs without cookies or any other browser storage. It counts unique visitors with a hash computed on the server that changes every day, so it cannot recognize you from one day to the next. That is why elios.ai shows no cookie banner.

#3. Your choices
You can choose whether to allow optional technologies through the analytics banner the console shows the first time you use it. On elios.ai there are no optional technologies to accept or reject. Where we request consent, optional technologies remain off until you choose to allow them; until then, the console counts visits the same cookieless way as elios.ai. You can reject optional technologies without losing access to features that do not depend on them. You can later change your choices or withdraw consent through the same control, or by writing to privacy@elios.ai.
Withdrawing consent affects future use. It does not change the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal. We stop optional collection covered by the withdrawn choice and handle previously collected information under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Your preference applies to the browser you use on app.elios.ai. If you clear browser storage, use another browser or change devices, you may need to set it again.
You can also use browser controls to view, block or remove stored information. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent sign-in or other requested functions from working.
#4. Third-party sites and customer applications
This policy covers technologies deployed by or for Elios on its own websites and account interfaces. Third-party sites and customer applications accessed through the Services may use their own technologies and are responsible for their own notices and controls. Their policies apply when you visit or use them.
#5. Updates and contact
We update this policy and inventory as practices change. Where a new purpose requires consent, we will obtain it before using a technology for that purpose.
